She is an alumnus of Rutgers- Newark College of Arts and Sciences and West Orange High School. Dr. Deegan is faculty at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine since 2008, and a faculty adviser for the Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honor Society. Dr. Deegan is a certified Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics, a Fellow of the American Board of Prosthodontics, and participates in several dental study clubs. She speaks Greek, Romanian, Spanish, and some French.
